Eine Teilnahme an der Konferenz ist mit und ohne wissenschaftlichen Beitrag möglich. Als wissenschaftliche Beiträge sind Vorträge und Poster vorgesehen. Für Mitglieder und Studenten gelten vergünstigte Tagungsgebühren (siehe unten). Wir freuen uns auf Ihr Kommen!
Participation in the conference is possible with or without a scientific contribution. Presentations and posters are planned as scientific contributions. Discounted conference fees apply for members and students (see below). We look forward to welcoming you here in Landau!
Wissenschaftliche Beiträge
Für Vorträge steht ein Zeitfenster von jeweils 20 Minuten zur Verfügung (15 Min. Vortrag plus 5 Min. Diskussion). Falls mehr Vorträge eingereicht werden sollten als Zeitfenster zur Verfügung stehen, behält sich die Tagungsorganisation vor, eingereichte Vorträge als Posterbeiträge zu erbitten.
Poster sind in A0 ausgedruckt mitzubringen.
Für Vorträge und Poster reichen Sie bitte ein Abstract im Word- oder -.pdf Format und mit maximal 300 Wörtern ein (exkl. Titel, Autoren und Zugehörigkeiten, keine Bilder oder Referenzen).
Vorträge und Poster sind in DEUTSCHER und ENGLISCHER Sprache möglich.
Scientific contributions
A time slot of 20 minutes is available for presentations (15 min. presentation plus 5 min. discussion). If more presentations are submitted than there are time slots available, the conference organization will ask to switch to posters.
Posters must be printed out in A0 format.
For presentations and posters, please submit an abstract in Word or .pdf format with a maximum of 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations, no images or references).
Presentations and posters are possible in GERMAN and ENGLISH.
Mit der Anmeldung erbitten wir die Zustimmung zu den Datenschutzbestimmungen (zwingend erforderlich) und den Regelungen zur Verwendung von Fotografien (ist als zustimmend voreingestellt, kann aber aktiv abgewählt werden).
With your registration you consent to the data protection regulations (mandatory) and the regulations on the use of photographs (is preset as consent, but can be actively deselected).

Studierende mit GfI-Mitgliedschaft / Student (GfI member) 30,00 €
Studierende ohne GfI-Mitgliedschaft / Student (no member) 50,00 €
GfI-Mitglieder / GfI member: 70,00 €
Teilnehmer/innen ohne GfI-Mitgliedschaft / no member 90,00 €
Die Tagungsgebühren enthalten/ fees include:
- Snacks und Getränke während der Tagung / Snacks and drinks during the conference
- Teilnahme Gesellschaftsabend (inkl. Essen) / Participation at conference dinner (incl. meal)
- Abstract-Booklet
Die Tagungsgebühren sind mit der Anmeldung bis spätestens zum 1. September 2025 zu entrichten. Barzahlung vor Ort ist nicht möglich. Wir erbitten die Überweisung auf das Konto der GfI mit dem Betreff „Tagungsgebühren GfI 2025“ bei der Deutschen Skatbank: IBAN: DE28 8306 5408 0004 1996 42 | BIC: GENODEF1SLR
Für den Status „Student/in“ gilt der Status zum Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung. Als Studierende gelten sowohl Bachelor- und Masterstudierende als auch Promotionsstudierende. Bitte Nachweis bei der Anmeldung hochladen.
The conference fees must be paid with the registration by 1th September 2025 at the latest. No cash payment on site allowed. Student status as by time of registration applies. Bachelor’s and Master’s students as well as doctoral students are considered students. Please upload proof of status when registering.
