The Shark Trust invites you to the annual conference of the European Elasmobranch Association (EEA)!
EEA2026 is being held online (6th-8th October 2026) to ensure the widest possible attendance, and to help those of us who spent out our conference budgets at Sharks International!
Abstract Submission & Registration is NOW open!
EEA 2026 offers a great opportunity to present your work to the growing EEA community and beyond. The conference will host the usual talks & poster presentations, plus a programme packed with interactive elements encouraging discussion, collaboration and action. Focal sessions will include ‚Living with Sharks‘, ‚Deep Water Sharks‘ and ‚Oceanic Opportunities‘, however any chondrichthyan-related topics are welcome. With networking a key element of EEA, social events will still feature in the programme.
